Rebekah creates objects and figures which live in her own fantasy wonderland.  Her current work embraces tactile and playful shapes and surfaces. It often consists of worm like forms with voyeuristic attributes, watching, interacting and being. There is clearly a symbiotic relationship between the watchers and the watched. These forms live in the wonderland of childlike imagination. A dream world of flora and fauna, of playful colour, delightful meadows and flowers that play jazz. 

Rebekah is intrigued by the shape and posture of the human figure and how emotion can be expressed through movement and stance. Her past as a gymnast enables her to understand the abilities of the body. This is exaggerate by extending and contorting the figure or abstracting it down to a minimum; accentuating the physical or emotional feeling that is taking place. The colourful and vibrant decoration is intended to draw the eye through the form, emphasising the shape and bodily expression of the figure.
